Because Construction Savoyarde seeks to provide best services to its customers, we have established a system for monitoring the quality and respect of deadlines in 2007.
In parallel, we have increased rigorously our efforts via 3 points via returns from Qualibat ratings:

- Worksites cleanliness
Thus, overall opinion (all three points), increased from 83% satisfaction (satisfied or very satisfied clients) to nearly 98%.
Quality of service :
Based on our sample of tested worksites, the perceived quality of customers passed from an 85% satisfaction (notes Good and Great on a scale of 5 qualitative opinions) to 100% in 4 years.
Respect of deadlines :
At the end of 2007, the opinions on respect of deadlines represented 23% tolerable opinions and 8% of average opinions among our customers. Construction Savoyarde has always had the respect of deadlines as its motto. In 2008 and 2009, via a communication on respect of lineaments as well as pedagogy on specifications compliance, the positive perception has increased strongly to now representing 100% satisfaction.
The worksite cleanliness covers the tidiness and safety offered. In coherence with our environmental policy, we strive to maintain a satisfaction rating over 90%.
