Thus, Construction Savoyarde annually offers four professionalizing contracts, four apprenticeship positions and nearly 8 internships for students wishing to flourish in our business. In addition to allow them to grow within our organization, we recruit among them between 30% to 50% full-time each year.

Defend expertise:

In parallel, it is our most experienced employees who pass their knowledge on to younger employees in professional contracts, apprenticeships or internships. As a result, we act for the continued employment of older workers by adapting workstations and aiming the increase of the average age of contract termination in order to enjoy as long as possible from their skills.

Ensuring ergonomics and safety:

Finally, reducing the drudgery and ensuring the well-being of our employees regardless of their age is a requirement vis à vis ourselves. We insure that it will happen through latest machines on the market, suitable equipment and adaptation of workstations when it is required.
