Sylvain Merel and Patrice Broche began their collaboration in 1980 within the SARL MEREL and son.<\/p>\n
In 1992, they decided to form Construction Savoyarde with twenty employees and a capital of \u20ac15,000.<\/p>\n
The company has built a reputation on hydraulic structures in Tarentaise (pure water remineralization factory, drinking water tanks, pumping station, catchment source works, water-treatment plants, snow-blower work pieces).<\/p>\n
The experience of these technical projects in difficult environments led the company on larger scope projects, such as sewage of Morzine, Vanoise and Samoens corresponding to 60,000 Inhabitants equivalent each.<\/p>\n
Thereafter, it will never cease to grow and diversify:<\/p>\n
1993: Company of road freight<\/p>\n
1994: Concrete Hydraulic Sawing, Roads and utilities, Public Works<\/p>\n
1995: Creation of facade restoration activity<\/p>\n
1999: Creation of Tiling activity<\/p>\n
2000: Real estate in the Alps has evolved, and some buildings do not meet the safety or customers standards. Consequently, Construction Savoyarde specializes a 3rd team in sawing and reinforcement. Recognized by design offices, the company is often consulted for reinforcements of structures.<\/p>\n
2002: The turnover amounted to \u20ac8 million.<\/p>\n
2004: To cope with the high business growth (+12% per year between 2002 and 2004), the company purchased and expanded a warehouse of 2000m2 near the headquarters.<\/p>\n
2005: Construction Savoyarde achieves the restructuration of the Car Park of Villards Les Arcs 1800 (10,000 square meters over 5 levels).<\/p>\n
2007: Creation of the Roads and utilities activity including Roads Sweeping, cleaning and disinfection of semi-buried waste containers (Molocks). The company then develops a turnover of \u20ac 18million.<\/p>\n
2009: Limited company Construction Savoyarde becomes a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of \u20ac 800,000 maintaining the historical shareholders.<\/p>\n
2010: After successful achievements as General Contractor and the desire to build environmental friendly and energy saving, the company meets and trains a Carpenter Companion of the tour of France to the new construction techniques of Low Consumption Buildings. A team of four carpenters headed by the companion is created.<\/p>\n
2011: With \u20ac19.3 million of turnover year-end, Construction Savoyarde shows an annual growth of over 10% between 2002 and 2011.<\/p>\n
