Ensure adequate training and to be listening to professional projects of our employees allows us to develop both their technical skills but also their motivations.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Preparing for the future:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is important to pass our knowledges down to future generations.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, Construction Savoyarde annually offers four professionalizing contracts, four apprenticeship positions and nearly 8 internships for students wishing to flourish in our business. In addition to allow them to grow within our organization, we recruit among them between 30% to 50% full-time each year.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Defend expertise:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In parallel, it is our most experienced employees who pass their knowledge on to younger employees in professional contracts, apprenticeships or internships. As a result, we act for the continued employment of older workers by adapting workstations and aiming the increase of the average age of contract termination in order to enjoy as long as possible from their skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ensuring ergonomics and safety<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Finally, reducing the drudgery and ensuring the well-being of our employees regardless of their age is a requirement vis \u00e0 vis ourselves.
